Our Values and Mission Statement

1. We believe, live out, and promote the teachings of the Catholic

Church on fertility, femininity, love, marriage, and sexuality. As

cycle awareness instructors, we follow all guidelines in The Truth

and Meaning of Human Sexuality.

2. Our mission is to empower mothers to show their daughters how

the gift of fertility and the mission and dignity of femininity are

innately intertwined. Our goal is to help young women embrace

their fertility and femininity as a gift.

3. Our role as cycle awareness instructors is to support, assist, and

encourage mothers and give them greater confidence in their

role as the primary educators of their daughters. Mother, not

daughter, is always the client.

4. We seek to form personal relationships with mothers. Our cycle

awareness programs (in both seminar and home instruction format)

are always offered in conjunction with Pre-Teaching and Follow-up

Consultations and Ongoing Support.

5. Our programs go beyond charting and encourage the formation

of healthy cycles through education and health coaching in

nutrition, exercise routine, sleep hygiene, stress management, and

toxin avoidance. As cycle awareness instructors, we always stay

within our scope of practice.
